In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, we have very strict fraud filters set in place. If you are trying to make a purchase using your credit card and the transaction keeps getting declined, there's a very good chance that this is happening due to our set fraud filters. In order for a Credit Card payment to successfully go through, your full name, billing and shipping address used during checkout need to match 100% to the information that is on file with your financial institution/credit card company.
For example, if you live at 1234 Boulevard Streetname, however, with your credit card company, the registered address is 1234 Blvd. Streetname, then you need to enter that in exactly how it is registered with your credit card company.
