Is everything that is listed on the website in stock?
No, most of what we have listed on our website is ordered as soon as on order is placed by a customer.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This will vary depending on the product ordered. If you are located in Canada, and the item you ordered is available at one of our Canadian warehouses, then you should receive your order within approximately 6 business days. If the items are not available and at our Canadian warehouses, then we place the order directly with the manufacturer, most of the time in the US, we have it shipped to our Canadian warehouse, and then we ship it out to you.
If a product or brand is not listed on the website, do you still have access to it?
Yes, we most likely can get anything you`re looking for. We have access to a unbelievable wide range of brands and products, so chances are, we can get you whatever you`re looking for.
If I am located outside of Canada, will the shipping costs be the same as those charged in the checkout process?
If you are located in the United States or outside of North America, you will need to contact our sales team in order to verify shipping fees prior to placing your order.
Will I have duty/brokerage to pay when ordering online?
No, all our orders ship out from our Canadian warehouses, so you will not have duties or brokerage fees to pay.
What if I want to return the products I purchased?
You would have to contact us either by e-mail or by phone to let us know why you would like to return the item(s) you purchased. If we accept the return, we will provide you with a \"Return Authorization Number\" and only then you may return the item purchased, at your expense. Note that there will be a 20% restocking fee, and shipping fees are not reimbursable.
Why is my Credit Card transaction being Declined?
In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, we have very strict fraud filters set in place. If you are trying to make a purchase using your credit card and the transaction keeps getting declined, there\'s a very good chance that this is happening due to our set fraud filters. In order for a Credit Card payment to successfully go through, your full name, billing and shipping address used during checkout need to match 100% to the information that is on file with your financial institution/credit card company.
For example, if you live at 1234 Boulevard Streetname, however, with your credit card company, the registered address is 1234 Blvd. Streetname, then you need to enter that in exactly how it is registered with your credit card company.
