Online Pricing

We do our very best to keep our online pricing as up-to-date as possible, however, sometimes errors can occur. If a product on our website is listed at $0.00, that means that particular product is no longer available and may have been discontinued by the manufacturer. In the case that you stumble upon a product that is priced at $0.00, and that is definitely the product you are interested in purchasing, please contact our customer service either by phone or by E-Mail, and we will happily verify the stock status of the product and the correct pricing if we can source it from another supplier.



Inventory (Parts & Most Wheels)

Many of the products listed on our website are not in stock at our Canadian warehouses and will need to be transferred in from our US/Manufacturer warehouses first before shipping out to you. When you place your order with us and we do not have the item(s) in stock, we place the order directly with the manufacturer or distributor warehouse and some delays may be incurred during this process. For this reason, when you place your order on our website, normally within 48h you will receive an E-Mail detailing the estimated time of arrival(ETA) of the items ordered. In the event that any of the items ordered are completely sold out across all manufacturer/distributor warehouses, we will advise you and we may need to cancel your order if the manufacturer is not able to provide us with an ETA for the item(s).



Inventory (Tires)

Most tires listed on our website are not in stock at our Laval warehouse, however, we have a number of distributors that we deal with across Canada and we generally have the tires dropshipped directly to you, or in some cases will need to have the tires transferred in to our Laval, QC warehouse prior to having them shipped out to you. Once again, when you order tires and we do not have them in stock, we place the order directly with the distributor warehouse and some delays may be incurred during this process. For this reason, after you place your order, normally within 48h you will receive an E-Mail detailing the estimated time of arrival(ETA) of the item(s) ordered. In the event that any of the item(s) ordered are completely sold out across all distributor warehouses, we will advise you and we may need to cancel your order if the manufacturer/distributor is not able to provide us with an ETA for the item(s). We will try our best to have your order ready as soon as possible.
