Q: Is everything that is listed on the website in stock?
A: We have live inventory for most products.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: This will vary depending on the product ordered. If you are located in Canada and the item you ordered is available at our Laval Location or Canadian warehouse, then you should receive your order within approximately 3 to 9 business days. If the items are in stock at the Manufacturer or US Warehouse, then we would need to have the item transferred up to our Canadian warehouse prior to shipping out to you. In this case, please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Q: If a product or brand is not listed on the website, do you still have access to it?
A: Yes, we most likely can get anything you’re looking for. We have access to a unbelievable wide range of brands and products, so chances are, we can get you whatever you’re looking for.
Q: Do you offer tire moutning/balancing?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer tire mounting & balancing services for orders that are shipping out. We only offer this service for in-store customers.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: This depends on the product and your location. We only offer free shipping on select products within the 9 major Canadian provinces (QC, ON, MB, AB, SK, BC, NB, NS & PEI) as well as the 48 contiguous United States.
Q: How much does it cost for shipping?
A: This depends on the product(s) you're purchasing as well as where you are located. We have live shipping rates at checkout.
Q: I live outside of Canada & the US and during checkout it's telling me the items can not be shipped to my location. What do I do?
A: Contact our sales team by e-mail with a list of the products you're looking to purchase, as well as you're complete shipping address, and we will work on getting you a shipping quote manually.
Q: I live in Canada, will I have duty/customs to pay when ordering online?
A: No, all orders ship out from our Canadian warehouses, so you will not have duties/customs fees to pay.
Q: I live in United States, will I have duty/customs to pay when ordering online?
A: This depends on where the item you ordered will be shipping from. If the inventory status shows Laval location or Canadian warhouse, then you will most likely have duties/customs to pay when the order arrives at your door. However, if the inventory status shows Manufacturer Stock or US Warehouse Stock, then this means the item will be shipping from within the US, therefore, you will not have duties/customs fees to pay.
Q: I live outside of Canada & the US, will I have duty/customs to pay when ordering online?
A: Yes, fees will depends on which country you live in, therefore, you will most likely have duties/customs to pay when the order arrives at your door.
Q: I just made a purchase online and I would like to cancel it. What do I do?
A: Contact our sales team as soon as possible. Orders cancelled within 24-hours will be charged a 3% cancellation fee, and orders canceled after a 24-hour period will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. If the items you ordered were a transfer from the Manufacturer or US Warehouse and are already in transfer to our Canadian warehouse, then there will be a 20% restocking fee. Q: What if I want to return the products I purchased?
A: You would have to contact our sales team by e-mail or by phone to let us know why you would like to return the item(s) you purchased. If we accept the return, we will provide you with a “Return Authorization Number” and only then you may return the item purchased, at your own expense. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here. Of course, you will need to have added Route Package Protection at checkout when you originally placed your order, if you did not, we will not be able to cover any damaged, lost, or stolen orders.
