Certain parts are intended for track use only and may not be legal for street use in your state/province/country.

OverDosed Performance is not responsible for any infractions you may receive due to items purchased from ODParts.ca/OverDosed Performance.

Quebec customers will be charged 14.975% sales tax at checkout, and customers in the rest of Canada will be charged their respective provinces GST/HST sales tax.

No Taxes apply to customers living in the United States, excluding the state of California.

No Taxes apply to customers living overseas.

All Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

We will only ship to confirmed addresses if paying by Paypal.

Payments are accepted using Credit Card over the phone(Using Square), PayPal, as well as Credit Card via PayPal.

International payments are only accepted in form of PayPal.

OverDosed Performance tries its best to ship the right products to its customers and dealers. If we sent you the wrong part, we will be more than glad to help you replace it as quickly as possible.
