Crawling up steep rock faces, muddy hills, or narrow trails can put a lot of stress on your 1989-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0L cooling system. The stock fan system on the 1989-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0L is an archaic design that’s powered by the vehicle’s engine. It adds a lot of weight and drag to the engine, sucking horsepower and torque just to get it moving. Once it does start moving, the amount of air it moves is dependent on the engine speed. If the engine isn’t turning fast, neither is the fan, and there’s no air moving through your radiator. That’s why Mishimoto is excited to announce our 1989-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0L Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud. This fan shroud incorporates three Mishimoto high-flow 10-inch electric slim fans. Each of these fans moves a constant 950 CFM regardless of engine speed. One fan replaces the stock AC fan, while the other two fans are free to cool the radiator. The included AC fan jumper harness ensures proper AC function with 1997-2001 models. The lightweight aluminum fan shroud also covers more of the radiator than the stock fan shroud, meaning your entire radiator can benefit from the increase airflow. In our testing, we found that the Mishimoto XJ Fan shroud moved air 41.9-percent better than the stock fan shroud at idle and 22-percent better than the stock fans at 2,500 RPM. Our electric fan shroud also eliminates the heavy mechanical fan, reducing drag on the engine and freeing up horsepower and torque for your trail climbing enjoyment. The Mishimoto fans can be activated manually with a switch (sold separately) or by our available adjustable fan controller. The Mishimoto fan controller mounts conveniently on the Mishimoto fan shroud and can be set to activate the fans at any temperature from 150F to 240F

Unfortunately, delays do happen from time to time. We try our best to be as accurate as possible on delivery times, however, it's sometimes impossible to predict some delays beforehand. Some items may be out of stock or on backorder, so we kindly ask you to be patient. OverDosed Performance is not to be held liable for any delays due to the early or lateness of a product´s arrival. All orders ship via ground shipping, either using Canpar, Dicom, Purolator, UPS or FedEx. International orders are shipped via Air.
Cancellations
If you place an order and decide you want to cancel it within 24 hours, even if it's just a few minutes after the order is placed, you will be charged a 3% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Every cancellation is done only at OverDosed Performance discretion. Some special order items can not be cancelled. To ensure rapid service, all of our products are processed once we received payment. If you wish to cancel, we strongly urge you to contact our staff within 24 hours. A 3% cancellation fee will be charged. All cancellation orders after a 24hr period will be accessed a 5% cancellation fee. (This only applies to orders that are not already in transfer to our Canadian warehouse.) If the items you order were a special order and are already in transfer to our Canadian warehouse, then there will be a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns
If you want to return or exchange a product that you ordered, you will need to contact OverDosed Performance first before sending the product back to us. OverDosed Performance must approve all returned items and will ask to please fill out our Return Form. Sending back a product without a Return Form will be refused. All Items must be in their original package and in "new/resalable" condition. For wheels, we can only accept a return if the wheels have NOT had any tires mounted/installed and are still brand new in the original boxes with all the original packaging. All Approved returns will be credited for "store credit only" NO EXCEPTIONS! Store Credit must be used within 14 Days of item´s return, or the credit will be lost! A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returned orders. OverDosed Performance is not responsible for shipping charges when returning a product.
